Most business ideas do not fail because they are bad. They fail because they were never properly thought through.
People start building too early. A logo gets designed. A website goes live. Social media accounts appear. BUT the fundamentals, the customer, the problem, the pricing, the demand all remain unclear.
The Business Idea Clarity Workbook is designed for the stage before all of that.
The stage where a few hours of honest thinking can save months of wasted time, money, and effort.
What this workbook does
It asks you the questions most founders never get asked before they start.
Not motivational questions. Not big-picture vision questions. Practical ones. The kind that reveal whether the idea you are excited about is actually a business, or just a good idea that has not been tested yet.
It works through thirteen sections in order: your customer, the problem you solve, how big the market is, who the competition is and what they charge, the legal reality, whether demand actually exists, how the business model works, the full financial picture, and what running it day to day will actually look like.
By the end, you will have a completed Business Viability Snapshot, one page that pulls everything together so you can see clearly where you stand.
What you will know by the end
What it is
A structured, printable workbook. 50 pages. 13 sections. 54 exercises. Designed to be printed and worked through by hand, in order, in around 2–3 hours.
It does not require accounting knowledge or business experience. It requires honest answers.
Who it is for
This workbook is for people who are thinking seriously about starting a business.
If that is where you are, this was written for you.
The stage before you commit. When the idea exists but the thinking behind it is still forming.

I created this workbook because I have seen too many people spend time and money building something that was never clearly thought through. Not because the idea was bad. Because nobody had asked them the right questions before they started.
I know this because I have built businesses myself. Different types, different industries, different challenges. Some worked. Some did not. All of them taught me something.
What I kept coming back to, across every business I have built, is this: when I struggled it was almost always because I had unclear foundations. The customer was assumed rather than understood. The numbers were hoped for rather than tested. The hard questions were avoided because the excitement of starting felt more important than the discipline of thinking.
Looking back, so much of the stress, the wasted money, and the difficult periods could have been avoided, or at least reduced, if I had stopped earlier and thought more clearly before committing.
Not thought for longer. Thought more honestly.
This workbook is what I wish I had had before I started.
It does not tell you what to decide. It gives you the framework to decide for yourself properly, before you commit.
